This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of , by and between:

Emergency Contact: Available 24/7 for Full Bliss clients only. All other packages subject to after-hours fees.

Late Fee: A fee of $50 will be assessed for payments received more than 5 business days after the due date.
Reimbursements: Client agrees to reimburse Company for all approved purchases made on Client's behalf. Receipts will be provided monthly.
Price Adjustment: Company reserves the right to adjust rates with 30 days' written notice.
To terminate this Agreement entirely, a 30-day written notice is required. Final payment is due upon termination.
The Company acknowledges the highly personal nature of the services provided and agrees to:
Insurance Coverage: Company carries comprehensive general liability insurance. Proof of coverage available upon request.
Limitations: Company is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage from faulty construction or materials. Company is not responsible for breakage of items not properly secured or specifically disclosed.
Reporting Claims: Any claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of service. Liability is limited to $ per incident or replacement value, whichever is lower.

Company agrees to secure the property upon departure. All access credentials will be returned upon termination of this Agreement.
Company will handle all Client property with professional care and discretion. Client must notify Company in writing of any items requiring specific handling instructions.
Valuables: Company is not responsible for items valued over $ unless specifically disclosed and documented prior to service. We recommend high-value items be secured during service hours.
Company Standards: Company staff will maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, communicate respectfully, exercise punctuality, and adhere to strict discretion.
Client Responsibilities: Client agrees to treat Company staff with respect and provide a safe working environment. Client must provide clear communication regarding preferences and timely approval for tasks requiring authorization.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with:
Upon termination, all final payments must be made within 7 days. Company will return all keys, codes, and property belonging to Client.
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt good faith negotiation. If unresolved, parties agree to mediation before pursuing litigation. Mediation costs shall be split equally. The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
No amendment, modification, or waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
