Service Agreement

1 Agreement Date & Parties

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of                   , by and between:

2 Service Description

The Company agrees to provide the following services to the Client (check all that apply):

Personal Chef Services
Travel Coordination
Household Management
Personal Shopping & Styling
Event Planning & Coordination
Home Organization
Estate Management
Vendor Management
Concierge Services

3 Service Package Selection

The Client has selected the following service package:

  Bliss Basics $650/month
Weekly check-ins, vendor coordination, basic household management oversight, mail management.
  Bliss Experience $1,000/month
Everything in Basics plus event planning support, personal shopping, premium concierge, weekly onsite supervision.
  Full Bliss $2,800/month
Complete white-glove service, 24/7 availability, estate management, daily coordination, dedicated manager.
  Custom Package Quote: $ 
Tailored services as defined in attached proposal.

4 Schedule & Availability

 
 

Frequency:   Weekly   Bi-weekly   Monthly   As-needed

Emergency Contact: Available 24/7 for Full Bliss clients only. All other packages subject to after-hours fees.

5 Compensation & Payment Terms

Monthly Service Fee:$ 
Payment Due Date:  of each month
Initial Deposit:$  (Applied to first month)
Accepted Payment Methods:Bank transfer, Credit card (3% fee), Check

Late Fee: A fee of $50 will be assessed for payments received more than 5 business days after the due date.

Reimbursements: Client agrees to reimburse Company for all approved purchases made on Client's behalf. Receipts will be provided monthly.

Price Adjustment: Company reserves the right to adjust rates with 30 days' written notice.

6 Cancellation Policy

  • Notice Required: Minimum 24-hour notice required for any appointment changes or cancellations.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the scheduled service rate.
  • No-Show: Failure to provide access at the scheduled time will be charged at 100% of the scheduled service.

To terminate this Agreement entirely, a 30-day written notice is required. Final payment is due upon termination.

7 Confidentiality & Privacy

The Company acknowledges the highly personal nature of the services provided and agrees to:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all Client personal, financial, and household information.
  • Protect Client's privacy, security, and anonymity at all times.
  • Not disclose Client details, location, or habits to any third parties without explicit consent.
  • Secure all access codes, keys, and sensitive information appropriately.
  • Ensure all staff members are background-checked, insured, and bound by confidentiality agreements.

8 Liability & Insurance

Insurance Coverage: Company carries comprehensive general liability insurance. Proof of coverage available upon request.

Limitations: Company is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage from faulty construction or materials. Company is not responsible for breakage of items not properly secured or specifically disclosed.

Reporting Claims: Any claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of service. Liability is limited to $  per incident or replacement value, whichever is lower.

9 Home Access & Security

Client agrees to provide necessary access to the property. Access credentials provided:

Company agrees to secure the property upon departure. All access credentials will be returned upon termination of this Agreement.

10 Personal Property & Care Standards

Company will handle all Client property with professional care and discretion. Client must notify Company in writing of any items requiring specific handling instructions.

Valuables: Company is not responsible for items valued over $  unless specifically disclosed and documented prior to service. We recommend high-value items be secured during service hours.

11 Conduct & Professionalism

Company Standards: Company staff will maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, communicate respectfully, exercise punctuality, and adhere to strict discretion.

Client Responsibilities: Client agrees to treat Company staff with respect and provide a safe working environment. Client must provide clear communication regarding preferences and timely approval for tasks requiring authorization.

12 Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement with:

  • Standard Termination: 30 days' written notice by either party.
  • Breach of Contract: Immediate termination allowable if either party fails to fulfill their obligations.

Upon termination, all final payments must be made within 7 days. Company will return all keys, codes, and property belonging to Client.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt good faith negotiation. If unresolved, parties agree to mediation before pursuing litigation. Mediation costs shall be split equally. The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

16 Amendments

No amendment, modification, or waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.

17 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

18 Acknowledgment

By signing below, both parties acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Agreement.
