Frequently Asked Questions
A few of the questions we hear most often. If yours isn't here, we'd love to hear from you — just send us a note and we'll answer it personally.
-
We tailor every visit to your household, but most begin with a brief walk-through and a list of priorities. From there, we work steadily through the agreed scope — laundry, errands, kitchen reset, organizing, mail, or any combination of the above. We arrive on time, work quietly, and leave the home calm and reset before we go.
-
The free consultation is designed to answer exactly this. We listen, ask a few practical questions about your week, and recommend the level of support that fits — whether that is a one-time reset, our Everyday Essentials service, or a Biweekly Bliss rhythm. There is no pressure to commit during the consultation.
-
Every Home Bliss Management team member is fully background-checked, insured, and trained on our standards before working in any home. We also confirm references and driving records for any team member running errands.
-
With great care. Every team member signs a confidentiality agreement, and details about your home, schedule, and family are never shared. Discretion is one of the foundations of our service.
-
Whatever feels most comfortable to you. Many of our regular clients give us a key or a door code and use the time to work, run errands, or rest. Others prefer to be present. We accommodate either approach.
-
All of our pricing is published on the site, so there are no surprises — what you see is what you pay. For anything custom or outside our standard packages, we’ll walk you through the details and pricing during your free consultation. We reserve the right to respectfully decline projects that fall outside our scope of work, so we can stay great at what we do for the families who count on us.
-
Our 3-hour minimum isn’t a restriction — it’s how we make sure we can do meaningful work in one trip. Three hours gives us time to settle in, work through your priorities, and leave your home in real, noticeable shape rather than rushing through and out the door. It’s how we deliver the best quality of work for you and protect our team’s time and care.
-
We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash, or Cheques. A $150 deposit is required before the date of services and will be applied to your final total.
-
Tell us within 24 hours and we will return at no additional cost to make it right. Your peace of mind is the entire point of working with us.
-
No long-term contracts. You can book one-time, set up a recurring schedule, or pause anytime with reasonable notice.
-
We currently serve Metairie, Kenner, New Orleans, Harahan, River Ridge, Old Metairie, and surrounding areas. If you are slightly outside our standard radius, ask — we may still be able to help with a small travel allowance.
-
For a first visit, we recommend three to five days’ notice so we can schedule a consultation and prepare. For ongoing clients, we can typically accommodate shorter notice.
